Scooper Dooper Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
Scooper Dooper agrees to provide pet waste removal services on the schedule selected by the Client (one-time, weekly or twice-weekly). Services include scooping and bagging pet waste and placing it in the Client’s designated trash receptacle. Additional services such as spot deodorizing may be provided if included in the plan.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide Scooper Dooper access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
Ensure pets are secured indoors or in a safe area during service if they are not comfortable with strangers.
Maintain safe access to the property, including clear pathways free of hazards.
3. Service Limitations
Scooper Dooper is not responsible for waste removal in areas that are inaccessible due to locked gates, excessive debris, overgrown grass, flooding, or aggressive pets. If access is not possible, the visit may be marked as completed without refund.
4. Scheduling & Notifications
Service days are determined by Scooper Dooper based on route optimization. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Clients will receive a notification approximately one hour before arrival and a picture confirmation of the closed gate after service.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a flat monthly fee based on the selected plan, regardless of whether the month has 4 or 5 service weeks. Payments are due in advance of service and are automatically billed.
The Client must notify Scooper Dooper if the number of dogs changes so the monthly rate can be adjusted accordingly.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Scooper Dooper reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Conditions are unsafe for staff.
Dogs are aggressive or unsecured.
The yard is hazardous or otherwise inaccessible.
The Client has an outstanding unpaid balance.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Missed visits without proper notice are non-refundable. If Scooper Dooper must cancel due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, service will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.
8. Liability
Scooper Dooper will take reasonable care when entering and exiting the property. However, Scooper Dooper is not liable for pets escaping, property damage, or injuries unless directly caused by negligence.
9. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except in cases where Scooper Dooper cancels services permanently.
